Terms & Conditions

  • Maximum 6 pax per vehicle. Any additional pax will require booking an additional vehicle. 
  • You will receive confirmation of your booking within one (1) working day. In the unlikely event that confirmation is not received, please reach out to the dedicated customer support team. 
  • All children between 0 to 12 years old must be securely seated in an approved child safety seat, appropriate for their age and size. Baby Car Seats (for infants aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rental. Please check with your tour consultant for availability.

Surcharge Information

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver. 
  • Outskirt destinations outside of the Kota Kinabalu region are subject to surcharges and availability at the time of booking. 
  • Midnight Charge or Night Service: Charter bookings between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur an additional night service charge of 50% of the original price. 
  • Peak Season Surcharge: Charter bookings during festive seasons will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original price.

Pick Up Information

  • Present your mobile or printed voucher upon pick up.
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time, if applicable).
  • Write your hotel name / pick-up address and pick-up time under the remarks section on the checkout page.
  • If there are any changes in pick-up time, please inform the customer support team at least 24 hours before departure.
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick-up time.
  • Pick-up coverage locations include hotels, resorts, or residences within the Kota Kinabalu city area only.
  • The charter rates are applicable for rental/hiring time between 7:00AM - 10:00PM daily (for a maximum of 8 hours for a full day's charter). For night charter service, additional charges apply.
